Being Bilingual Rocks! ft Mi Amigo Hamlet & Alina Celeste In-Person
Join us for a celebration of love, acceptance, diversity and language in Spanish and English. Being Bilingual Rocks! is an interactive outdoor concert created by Parents' Choice Award Winners, Alina Celeste and Mi Amigo Hamlet. They weave an eclectic blend of original and traditional songs from Latin America, taking kids and families on a musical journey through a mix of contemporary rumba-flamenco, Caribbean beats and bluegrass. Everyone will sing, dance, and learn Spanish and English in a joyful blend of cultures, sound and language.
This will be an outdoor concert. Don't forget to bring your chairs!
In case of rain, we will move inside to the Community Room.
¡Acompañanos para una celebración de amor, aceptación, diversidad en español y inglés en un concierto interactivo creado por los ganadores del premio Parents Choice, Alina Celeste y Mi Amigo Hamlet! Usando una mezcla ecléctica de canciones originales y tradicionales de América Latina, llevarán a niños y familias en un viaje musical de rumba-flamenco contemporáneo, ritmos caribeños y bluegrass. Todos cantarán, bailarán y aprenderán español y inglés en una mezcla alegre de culturas, sonidos y idiomas.
Será un concierto al aire libre. ¡No olvides traer tus sillas!
En caso de lluvia, el concierto estará dentro de Community Room en el segundo piso de la bibiloteca.
