Virtual Yoga for Relaxation Online

This class will focus on breathing exercises, and meditation. Incorporated in this class will be yoga poses students can do in bed before leaving bed in t he morning and before going to bed for the evening. We will discuss ways students can incorporate certain practices in their everyday routine and life to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. A live virtual yoga class through zoom. Students should expect interaction, and sharing if that feels comfortable for them.
